If you meant to say "alcohol is not good", you should say "Álcool não é bom" instead of "Não é bom álcool"
"Não é um bom álcool" you can use if a particular alchool is not good, if it's a bad brand or something.. but if you wanna to say that alchool is a bad thing in general, you should say "Álcool não é bom"
