To be clear as to what Ethan Rigdon said, "te" means "thee", as the old English. In Portuguese, "thee" (or "te") is used commonly to say "I love you". Both answer above were correct though, either "eu te amo" or "eu amo você". Both are very commonly used in Brazilian Portuguese.

Eu amo Você, will work also, "te" is formal and can translate to "The" literally translated...I the love. Eu amo você is literally, I LOVE YOU.
