It can be "Eu tenho sido" or "Eu tenho estado" depending on what you want to say. You use "sido" for attitudes that take place for a long period of time. For example "Eu tenho sido um bom aluno" (I have been a good student). "Estado" is used for short period of time attitudes, like "Eu tenho estado doente esses dias" (I have been sick these days).
